Restricting access to specific folder? - 4/10/2001 18:38:00

I own a internet website (www.pennapparel.com) and use Frontpage 98 to upload files on to it. My web host company is Verio.

I was wondering if i can restrict access (make my site password-protected) only in specific folders such as www.pennapparel.com/examplefolder/

If so, How? An answer would be much appreciated!
