Nicole Posts: 2843 Joined: 9/15/2004 From: Nambucca / Kempsey, Australia Status: offline	RTL Error - 2/13/2005 1:12:29 For some reason i'm getting this pop-up error frequently again (I did solve it once before but for some reason it's started again and i forget how i fixed it) quote: Unable to start driver for HPZipm12.exe (HPZipm12.exe) I think it had something to do with files (word and excel) containing a ' Does anyone know how i can fix this? You'll still need to run checks every now and then (weekly) as some get past but it'll make things a lot safer. _____________________________ If it ain't broke..... fix it until it is. SOMEONE, EITHER YOU OR SOMEONE ELSE HAS STOPPED THE HEWLETT PACKARD START UP PROGRAM USING MSCONFIG IN THE RUN PROGRAM..... IN-OTHER-WORDS, SOMEONE SCREWED UP.... GO TO RUN, TYPE IN MSCONFIG, THEN CHOSE START UP ITEMS, THEN CHECK THE BOX THAT HAS THE (IS) WHICH STANDS FOR INSTANT START OF THE HEWLETT PACKARD PRODUCT THAT YOU'VE ALREADY INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER.. THIS WILL MAKE SURE IT AUTOMATICALLY STARTS WHEN YOU RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.... AFTER YOU DO THIS, CLICK APPLY AND YOU'LL HAVE TO RESTART UP YOUR COMPUTER FOR IT TO TAKE AFFECT..
