You use inline frames a lot, and they always look good, but this one is hard to read for a few reasons. Firstly i love those backgrounds you create, but in this site it's just making the text a bit too difficult to read for me. I think the inline frame needs a solid background colour. The word "Menu" on the left is partially covering the navigation item "about" on my screen (IE6 at 1024 x 768) and i don't really know why you've included the date and time thing when it's already on my browser window anyway?
