RE: Entropy Search Engine - 5/24/2005 22:32:53
Hi there, I'm new to PHP & MYSQL & am not wanting to re-create my current site on a database just yet, so I'm interested in having something similar to Entropy to search my site that I can do quickly & easily.. is there a way to use PHP that it will search keywords on my HTML pages without needing to change them?

OH thanks heaps for the tip! My boss is sure to be impressed as he was told it was a huuuge job involving turning the whole site into a database & he wanted it ASAP, I'm installing it now, hope I can work it! :)

My question is: To create a own mySQL database for isearch, we need to create tables and exact columns for isearch to use, I have no idea about these tables' and columns' values and names. Is there any instruction or file to help to create a exact search database for isearch?
