can't get form data into database - 2/24/2005 21:04:53
Hello,
I have built a little 2 table, 2 form database on my harddrive which works great (Access 2003). I published the website( with the DB included) to a host with both .asp support and Access support. When I try to access that DB from my website forms (Front Page 2003) I get the following message:
"DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb)};DBQ=URL=fpdb/horizon.mdb.
The following error message comes from the database driver software; it may appear in a different language depending on how he driver is configured.
Source: ADO
Number: -2146824584 (0x800a0e78)".
So I tried the "create a DB option" instead. Everything seems to work. I get a confirmation page and everything. But when I check the DB, it has created a table named "results" with no data in it.
What am I doing wrong? Can you help?
