I keep seeing sites that i like. They are basic, but i like them. I look at the code and see tons of coding that i have no idea what it means....mostly for the simple reason, they site doesnt do anything. It's a content based site, with no interaction that could be handled with the simplest of html.
Any opinions on this? Is there a reason for elaborate coding when the only thing the page does (html page, not php or asp) is possibly rotate one image?
