Launching new browser window with no toolbars and speci... - 4/30/2001 15:17:00

What I want to do is open another browser window that has some reference material that is applicable to what the user is entering. I do not remember how to specify that the new browser window be XX pixels Wide by XX Pixels H with no tool bars.

I have seen this done in javascript but can it be done any other way. If not I am open to any way to accomplish this.
