The latter, I think - unless you want a visit from the heavy mob[8|]

You still have the logo, which is probably trademarked.

Donkey -> RE: Too Classy? (3/22/2005 14:13:55)

The first one looks much nicer to me. Surely with a disclaimer you shouldn't have any problems.

Slightly OT, but I wondered about the origin of the name "Giomanach" does it have any meaning? and how do you pronounce it? Is it "Gee-Oh-Manic" or "Ji-Oh-Manic"?

dpf -> RE: Too Classy? (3/22/2005 14:20:09)

or gee-oh-maniac?

Giomanach -> RE: Too Classy? (3/22/2005 14:21:31)

For those not of the tongue it's pronounced: "Guy-Oh-man-Ack"
For those go the tongue: "Shie-oh-man-asch"

The tongue - Wiccan Gaelic

Back OT....what kind of disclaimer would do it?

Number 2 look's best, but I still think you risk running into copyright issues using M$'s logo without permission regardless of any disclaimer you might add.
