The first one looks much nicer to me. Surely with a disclaimer you shouldn't have any problems.

Slightly OT, but I wondered about the origin of the name "Giomanach" does it have any meaning? and how do you pronounce it? Is it "Gee-Oh-Manic" or "Ji-Oh-Manic"?
