Adobe Reader Unpredictability - 3/28/2005 13:15:40
I created a frames page web (frames only on home page) and as part of the options through a menu script, PDF files can be selected to open. Sometimes those PDF's open in the frame page, sometime they open in their own, new page. One person with a MAC says the PDF's always open in a new page on his computer. On my computer, the PDF's always open in a frame page (in my example at www.copytimecoupon.com, I have the menu in the left column frameset and the PDF's open in the page to the right , under a banner frameset at the top of the page). How can I make sure the PDF's always open in the same frameset?

Bobby is right (don't ever doubt it!). On a mac the pdf viewer is seperate from the browser and will always open a pdf seperately.
