Need ideas / critique on data site - 3/29/2005 15:42:43
Before you click on the site, i'll give a little background info on what it is....
You will be looking at a strickly data driven site, its main purpose is for the end user to look at their data, manipulate it, and look at trends and scores.
You, the user, will be a district manager working for KFC (a fast food chain) and will have anywhere from 5-100 stores you service.
The data is all from mystery shopping, meaning, we send people to buy something at the store without the store knowing it, and we rate the service, cleanliness, accuracy, etc etc.
When you get to the portion of viewing the data, you can click on eval code...it will then display the actual form that was filled out for that individual shop including comments (this is one of the main things they will be looking at...user receives an email with this information)
The search pages to display the data is how they cypher down to find the data they want as there will be lots and lots of data for this stuff...they can search by date range, score range, compare stores, etc etc....
