In the past I could just hit ENTER and the screen would go back to normal. Occasionally I would have to reboot and that would take care of it. Suddenly today, hitting "any key" or rebooting returns me to the blue screen and I can't get my computer past it. I'm using my son's computer to post this. Any ideas on how to get my computer back to normal? Bob B.

I don't recall... if so, see if you can boot that way and run a virus scan. Second, check your RAM.
