Hello....my pc crashed. I was able to copy most files off the old hard drive. I am now trying to re-install my WEBS onto my new hard drive.

My webs are on my web server in cyberspace BUT...they are NOT in my "Front Page Explorer". I see them on my hard drive in "Webshare/wwwroot/nameofweb"

soooo....what do I need to do to get my websites into Frontpage Explorer or Editor so I can work on them?

Welcome to OF.

Use FP to publish your webs back down to your hard drive.

If you can't figure out how then use the search facility in this forum as there are several threads around on the same topic.
