A Web Design does not need a license to design websites. If you are going to start a company, it is however better to get an LLC.

What is the difference in designing a site for a client and having a business designing sites?  I don't think I make enough money to get a license, but if my clients are going to claim my services as an business expense on their tax return, I am concerned that I need to claim my income.. thanks for your help!
