Does anyone know how to remove security from access? When ever I create a new mdb it atomaticly requires a user and pass.

Do you mean locally on on your host?

Locally, I have never had this issue.

On the host it is a folder permission. You can manipulate this via your host CPanel or just call your host to have them do it for you.

I may be missing something in your question but is your machine set up as part of a workgroup other than the default System workgroup? Are we talking Access only or a web based Access dB?

All local no work group. I created a user and password to apply security to one DB. Now that security is being applied to everything I create. I just want to take access back to its default where it does not asks for anything it just opens.

I believe that when you changed the security settings for the database you in effect changed the System Workgroup file.  Try this KB info and see if that solves your problem.
