Access d/b losing records - 5/4/2005 6:22:58
I have an ASP.net app on my photo web site that uses an Access d/b to hold cataloguing info for the photos, which is entered via a web form as you would expect. But the d/b is losing information randomly - not at the time when I submit any updates, but when it is idle other than being interrogated by the ASPX pages that display information. The primary key and the first field in the table after it remain, but all the other fields are emptied. I can see no pattern in frequency or which table is affected.

I have searched everywhere I can think of and not found any description of this - does anyone have any clues? It is unlikely to be a hacker (not because I am unworried by security issues, but what would be the point of such trivial intereference if they could subvert the whole site?) I am pretty confident that it isn't the code either, since the display pages only read the database, and the edit pages do not cause the problem when used.
