If you ever want to identify a particular font but have no idea what it is then try this useful site:

www.identifont.com

It helps you figure out the mystery font - doesn't always work, but it's worth a go.

http://whatthefont.com allows you to upload/link to an image with the font, and it will then tell you what the name of the font is, and I believe give a link to download it.

What the font is fantastic, it helped me find a really obscure one last week. Once you know what it is can I recommend www.font101.com for getting hold of it.
