Behaviors functions on Frontpage 2003 (Full Version)

Hi.  I just downloaded frontpage 2003.  It works great, except that when I go to behavior and change property and then click on visibility, no options show up for visibility.  How do I fix it so that the options show up?

Does tools > page options > Authoring have all options selected?

i TRIED SELECTING EVERYTHING AND IT STILL WON'T WORK.  i THINK ITS SOMETHING WEIRD WITH MY COMPUTER BECAUSE WE DOWNLOADED THE NEW VERSION OF FRONTPAGE ONTO OTHER COMPUTERS AND IT WORKS FINE.  YOU CAN SEE THE VISIBILITY ON THE OTHER COMPUTERS, BUT YOU CAN'T ON MINE.  BUT MINE IS THE ONE I NEED TO WORK.  ITS MORE POWERFUL THAN THE OTHER COMPUTERS.
