IE Address Bar Icon - 6/5/2001 20:18:00

I've noticed when I go to some web sites, Google for example, that they have their own icon show up instead of the IE icon in the address bar of the browser. Does anyone know how this is done?

This only works in IE and you need to have the site in your favorites or on your links bar.
