Help BLANK white pages - 6/6/2005 20:15:07
I have a problem!!
I need to log into a site but after I put in my user name and password I just get a blank white page. It should be a blank page with a pop up login box
Same thing happens when I try to view some pages that pop up windows for information.
I just finally upgraded to xp a couple of weeks ago so I am pretty sure that is the problem.
There must me a setting that I have messed up.
It happens in firefox and ie both. I am allowing popups from everywhere. I shut down zone alarm and everything else I could think of but no luck. I have checked and unchecked till I am blue in the face.
PLEASE someone tell me they have had this problem and solved it.
For the time being I have to go to another pc that still has Win 2000 to access this particular site and it works perfectly on Win2000. But does not work on any of the pcs that have xp
