Acrobat Pro 6.0 was on my Mac G4 powerbook when I bought it and worked fine. NOW I have installed parts of the Adobe creative Suite (Photo Shop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Version Q) and now Acrobat Pro 6.0 and 6.2 are on my computer and I can't open either one. It asks for a serial number. I put in the number of my Adobe creative Suite, but that doesn't work. Any ideas what is going on?

Do you still have the software that came with your G4?

There should be a key on the Adobe disk...
