Hi. I have been told that you can make any printer a wireless printer by buying a router for it. 1.) Is that the case? 2.) Is a printer router the same thing as a printer server? 3.) Is it worth it to pay a bit more (probably about $100) to get a printer that is already network ready? TIA Tony
