Viewing in netscape - 6/12/2001 14:57:00   
I use front page 2000 have been useing it for a while and my page was able to be seen with IE and Netscape now all of the sudden a page that was showing up fine in Netscape stoped loading correctly it just loads the backround nothing else , I try hiting reload that doesn't help, I clear the cache that doesn't help either?? What gives I didn't make any changes at all to the page and it loads fine with IE????

Do you have a url we can look at?

It's a good idea to check your site in NN after even small updates. It only takes a minute and then you can catch problems right away. (do I take that advice on this? not often enough... )

That happend to me once and I found there was a closing tag missing.

I figured out why it was doing that it was the closeing tag, i didn't have the </html> at the end of some of my pages. What i don't get is why some of the pages had them and some didn't? Anyway thanks for your help!

This happened to me once when I entered a code for a linkexchange counter. I took the counter out and it worked fine.

After working with FP for five years, I've seen this happen more than a few times. I always check sites in both IE and Netscape and double check to make sure that the </html> tag is there.

I have not been able to pinpoint why it happens, I think it may be one of the little quirks with FP that you learn to live with!

Yeah I double check all my files to make sure that they all had the <\body> and <\html> the ones that were giveing me trouble didn't have either and some that weren't giveing me trouble didn't have any of them and they were working fine, Oh well Who Knows! Thanks For the Help
