vision2000 -> FP extensions troubles? (6/17/2005 19:38:38)

On this site www.greattreeapartments.com the navigation does not appear at all. All navigation areas are from Frontpage "included" pages which work fine in my local browser as does my CSS content. The navigation worked ( albeit no CSS )when I first published but does not now. The linked CSS page has not worked at all.
Also I get pop-ups asking for my hosting username and password whenever I try to link somewhere.
What could be the reason for this?
