I've tried everything - 6/20/2005 8:20:03
FP 2000, Office 2003. Problem: everytime I start fp to get into website it stops. Error message, iso9.dll. Now, I've been everywhere and tried everything. I have uninstalled FP, uninstalled office. It looks, to me, the network on my computer is detached"? When I look at websites they have a short-cut arrow next to them. I have surfed the web looking for resolution to .dll problem to no avail. I have found articles about it [.dll] but nothing works. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried Help>Detect and Repair within FP? Otherwise when you reinstall FP next time do a full install, rather than a custom install so that all the files are copied to your pc.
Just guessing really.
