She has norton internet security, sp1 on xp pro, and a netgear wgr614 router installed...any ideas?

She could view them 2 weeks ago...since then netgear wireless router was installed and norton internet security was installed, at the same time, sp2 was uninstalled (its originaly installatioln didn't work correctly) (in reply to rdouglass)

I've run into this before and it usually has to do with my ISP (Comcast) not liking the router being there. If your router has a setting that allows for cloning the MAC address of your PC's network card I'd try that (fools the ISP into thinking it's connected directly to your PC) _____________________________ If con is the opposite of pro, is Congress the opposite of progress? We tried going back directly to the dsl modem (actiontec) but, she couldn't get connected at all, said it was disconnected for some odd reason...reset modem, reset cpu...nada (I just LOVE AOL!!!!!!) So, I'll have her look for some sort of mac clone on the router..thanks :) (in reply to bobby)
