OK the way I see is that page rank is WAYYYYYY overrated and people need to stop judging qaulity of sites simply by this factor. I agree but concede that it is one part of ranking in the SERPs and must be dealt with. quote:
Googles new Beyesian filtering system is going to put an end to the false sites.. keyword stuffers etc etc. I have to heavily disagree. People will always find ways to game the system....no matter what. quote:
False content... this is by far the ultiamte no no .. and you will get banned right away on this one.. for the noobs.. this is when you say "Pamela Anderson" for a title ona page that is about Web Hosting. I have to disagree. It will not get you banned. You will not appear in the SERPs at a reasonable level though. However if you utilize cloaking and are not good at it then that will get you banned...fast. quote:
Google... #1.. will and always shall be so long as they do not sell... So fee dit everything it wants.. Google will not always be number one, period. Since the IPO earlier this year a lot of people have been grumbling that the direction is being manipulated by the share holders and this makes sense. Prior to IPO they could do what they thought was best. Post IPO they are being steered. quote:
The paid inclusions are simply for the impatient webmaster...plain and simple... No, they are for people with a budget for advertising. Plain and simple there is more than one way to skin a cat. quote:
If your site is spider friednly the engines will frind you regardless... Correct, what you do with the traffic and bots is what makes or breaks you in this subject. I am sorry to be negative on the above point but I feel there are two sides to a coin. Take care, Brian
