Hi Bobby, If I have 3 clients, Client 1, Client 2 and Client 3, I've sent and received 100 emails over the course of a project, 6 or 12 months after the project is completed I'l like to take all their work off my PC, things like website files, image files, emails and other correspondence, invoices, save it on to 1 disk per client and keep my computer clutter free. I also have a new PC and just to make things easier i'd like to transfer all the emails from my old computer that are in Outlook Express there, over to this computer. I'm also keeping all old emails in case they're needed in some way in the future, for some possible legal reason or confusion over why something has been done to their website or not. Thanks Nicole
