- Yes you can do this, in fact, open up your confirmation page (if you do not have one, create a new page), then modify the new confirmation page you created. Now you need to tell your form to use that new confirmation page. To do this, goto your form, then right-click and go to form properties, and select the confirmation page tab. Browse tot he location of the confirmation page and save your changes. Btw one of the users here runs a great frontpage form website, this link might help as well: Setting Up a Confirmation Page

- The email format that the results are sent in cannot be modified. This is one of the draw backs with FrontPage's easy to use forms. Small price to pay imo to have such an easy to use form system.
