yureeka -> Bizarre error message + Confirmation form (7/22/2005 18:39:48)

Randomly, instead of taking me to my confirmation form, it takes me to a page that has the following in it:
*-*-* :-| :^| :-/ :-( 8-( *-*-*
status=1
osstatus=0
msg=FrontPage security violation.
osmsg=
Sometimes the page works and other times it doesn't. What's going on?
Also,
For a different set of forms, i have the page set to the proper URL, yet its taking me to a default confirmation page, even when its specifically set to the new page. This only happens to 2 of my 6 forms.
