OK. After quickly figuring out that Accessibility requirements are NOT required for any of my sites I finally 'got religion'.

Yahoo sends message to Visually Impaired. This is the kind of Accessibility I can *really* get into.

Oh, can't see the message? Just highlight between the last words 'next screen' and the close window button.
