Search engine question - 8/15/2005 15:46:31
I am about to re-vamp our web site (had advice on site critique thread thanks!) but one question I need to reslove is is this.....
My site name is Welsh Sport Horses International and we have our own domain name of Welsh Sport Horses.com
However we also have two other domain names namely Pentaran.com and Marchell.co.uk, bothof which are currently directed to the Welsh Sport Horse site.
My question is this, if someone types in www.welshsporthorses.com into google it throws up the correct site name but under the site description wording it shows www.pentaran.co.uk
Any ideas why this should happen? I would like it to show the main site and not the directed sites.

That is just what has been picked up by Google. If you do not want "www.pentaran.co.uk"to show up on Google, you can add a robots.txt file to make it NOT display that website in the search results.
