If you build the forms using the FP properties, you will need the FP extensions and will have to 'publish'. There are other ways to build forms and still use FP, but it will require using the HTML view to put some information.If you will expand a bit on what you want your forms to do, then I am sure we can assist you in meeting your goal.
MS has done an excellent job with their marketing of FP as an easy answer for making a web site, but they should also market that it is a powerful program in what it can do.
