Help me optimize? - 8/16/2005 16:02:06
Hi all,
It's been a while since I visited the forum. For a while I was satisfied that I got my site up and running and that everything worked (with some help from you folks). But now I'm concerned about optimization. I'm not even able to find my site with most search engines (at least not in the first dozen pages or so).
So I called a company that assists in optimization and was told that the whole thing needed to be redone in something other than Frontpage...to the tune of $1200 - $1500. He began to explain to me (in Greek, I think) what all was wrong with it.
So here I am asking for your help. Is there someone out there that would be willing to work with me one step at a time to get the site working better? What I'm looking for is someone to help me figure out what needs done and to prioritize improvements. My site is at http://q-sol.com .

one thing to look at is validation at http://validator.w3.org/

Here are the results for your page

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fq-sol.com+

Dont let it scare you, sometimes fixing one error fixes several.
I would suggest fixing the first few( in HTML mode in FP) then revalidating
