HI everyone! Just found this great website and hope someone can help. Up to now I have bumbled along designing websites and not worrying about the 'technical' stuff but now I have to!!

I have a form that has about 6 fields to fill in and I need the results emailed to me, not logged anywhere on the server really. I've been told that my host company can cope with jmail and cdonts. I've only ever written in HTML so am really quite a novice when it comes to all this scripting.

Can someone either talk me through how to do it in really basic steps or point me to somewhere on line where I can download a sample to see if it works on my server? Server is windows by the way!

Starting with the basics - are you using frontpage?
There is a "send to email" option if you create a form , then right click on it in design view to set the properties.
Otherwise, from a coding perspective, do a search of "CDOSYS" on this website
