Please review our site http://www.LifeStation.com

I am very interested in knowing

1. Is it easy for you to understand what we do? 4-6 seconds.
2. The overall look
3. Anything you hate?
4. Was it easy to navigate the site?
5. Would you trust this site?

and anything you want to add. I appreciate your time and professional feedback.

Thank you.

P.S. Our target market are 75% adult children with elderly parents. 25% seniors. 70% women

Generally I think it looks very good (yay a DOCTYPE! :))

Couple of things I thought of to make it even better:

The site is just wider than a 800x600 resolution screen so you get horizontal scroll bars - I'd go for a 760px width to get rid of those.

Some of the content on some pages stretches right to the edge of the container which looks a bit ugly - it should be like on the "Lifestation for yourself" pages which have a nice amount of padding either side.

I'd add <label> tags to all your form labels just to help with accessibility (particularly given your market).

You've got a few failures at the validator - mostly missing Alt tags - but you might want to deal with them as they don't look like hard stuff to fix at a glance and it would be nice to "validate"

Download time according to weboptimisation.com is 26 seconds on a 56kbps moden which is probably on the slow side of what you want (ideally nearer 10seconds). Not sure where the download time is coming from as the pics seem optimised well - it may just be because there is a lot of in-html formatting.
