2 Q's about auot-stretch and preview comand - 8/29/2005 22:27:57
I have two cells, one on top of the other tuning the entire length off my page. One for the logo and one for the nav. bar. Under that I have two next to each other. The one on the left for nav. buttons and on the right content.

usually, when I use auto stretch on the top cell, that cell, the nav. bar cell and the content cell all stretch.

This time it's strong. Now the top two stretch but the content cell is not...... The background color still does, but not the cell.

Also, Why is the preview command not working for IE. It just flickers like it is about to but nothing. Fire Fox is fine. Maybe I need to reload FP again. That fixed the last problem.

Appreciated

OK horseatingweeds! First off. Your working with a .dwt. The preview command for IE doesn't fork with that type of file. Go ahead and try to load it directly into the browser. You can't even find it.

Second, you stuck a left margin in that content cell of yours. In other words, you stuck a .gif between that cell and the one on the left, the navigation button cell. It seems that that does something crippling to the "stretch" effect for that cell.

I think for asking these questions you should be busted back down to a newbie. I don't know how you got that second star anyway.
