mstar Posts: 15 Joined: 7/27/2005 Status: offline	would changing index.htm to index.html affect spiders? - 8/31/2005 6:31:42 Hi, Ever since my hosting company ran into the "cPanel FrontPage" issue (see http://www.frontpagewebmaster.com/m-284104/tm.htm ) I have major problems. The index.htm files are changed by the server to index.html (or duplicayed so I have two index files) and ever since some of the search engines don't show up anymore (especially Googlebot and MSNbot). Will they come back or is there anything I can do from my end to have them come back? Please help! Thank you
