Just found this very useful free offline accessibility checker, A-Prompt. It's a free download (around 3Mb) from the University of Toronto. Allows you to check WAI Priority levels 1-3 and section 508. There are various settings that allow you to repair your code, either by overwriting the original, giving the original file a different extension and saving the repaired file with the original name, leaving the original file alone and renaming the repaired file with a different extension, or it allows you to select a name for the repaired file, and once you've done all the repairs you can insert the conformance icon with it as well.

/toddles off to play about with it some more...

You can also get this on the cover disc of .Net No 141, along with various other Accessibilty Tools including HTML Tidy, HAL screen reader and others. I've only just got the mag so have not yet looked closely at the contents.
.Net is available in the US under the title "Web Builder".

.Net/Web Builder

Womble, thanks for posting this. Downloaded it on the weekend [:)]

I really like the way things like table summary's and long descriptions can be added as you go.

Thanks again.
