I am looking for a good frontpage host that will bill my client directly in the mail. I do not want to be the middle man and use my credit card online - thanks

No, I want the company to bill the client, and the client sends a check back to the hosting company - I am not involved.

Most hosts will allow you to pay by check.

Ah, well. There are a ton of web hosts ready to take your money. If you really want help finding a good host (since just about every host will take a check in the mail), then post what your requirements are.
Such as: space, bandwidth, monthly/yearly price, service/support (toll free, e-mail only, phone), etc.
If you are just looking for a bunch of space/bw with poor service/support I can suggest powweb.com or ipowerweb.com.

Tressa,
If I understand you correctly you have clients who want a website and want you to set the whole thing up for them, domain name, web hosting, design etc.?
You as the designer don't wnat to be responsible for your clients bills re: domain & web hosting and want them to be billed directly, but probably as I've found, they know nothing about any of this and want you to organise the hosting for them.
If that's the case then you have two options:
- Do some research for suitable hosts for their site, check things like Frontpage server extensions, bandwidth, webspace, tech support and price, apart from paying the monthly/yearly fees, you'll be the one dealing with the host, so make sure you provide names of hosts you'd like to deal with. Give this to the client and let them decide.
- Do the same research as above, find out what client details they need like US equivalent of an Australian Business Number, contact name, address and email and bank/credit card details and telll your client that you've found them a host, here's the info they need, phone them, or provide you with those details and you can call them.
