I am not sure how to ask this but here is what I need to do.

http://www.skarliswest.com is published as index.html

but also need to publish:

http://www.skarliswest.com/phoenix

without any .htm or .html extensions for
advertising purposes.

Any ideas or help?

create a folder named phoenix and place a file name index.htm or html inside that folder
