It used to be a common HP font called: Albertus Medium Years ago, everybody had it. Now, I cannot find any web site that has it to download. And I have definitely looked but most of the free font download sites are so bogus. Any help would be appreciated...

The Albertus MT has shown up in a lot of searches and I didn't know that it was part of Lord of the Rings. It is pretty close to it but not quite. I had pretty much given up because there are a few variations of it but not the HP font. And then I found this one site that had it. (in reply to Donkey)
