Lost password for Frontpage Extension - 9/19/2005 5:08:24
Hi!
I'v lost my login password for my Frontpage 2002 Extension.
I'm using it on Ensim system.
I'v changed the user:pass for the website because I lost the user:pass and now I cant access my Frontpage 2002 Extension.
How can I retrieve the lost username:password for my Frontpage 2002 Extension?

You will need to contact your hosting company and ask them to re-set it. If you are the SA and have access to the TS, sign into your box and log on to the FPSE admin with your TS user name / password.

I still dont know what I should do.
I'm running the ensim system on lynux.
What is the "SA" and "TS" and "FPSE"?
I'm the admin of the server, and I cant find where can I change the user:pass for frontpage extension users on my server.
Please help me.

If you are the SA (server admin) for the server, hopefully there is a way for you to access you server and over-ride everything. in Windows, it is called TS (terminal service) or remote desktop. I can use my Adminstrator user name / password to access everything.

OK. I'm the server admin.
I have access to all services, but...
I'm running FPSE on a lynux with an Ensim system.
As far as I can see in the admin menu I dont have access to FPSE as a general admin...
How can I access the general menagment of FPSE as a SA?

Sorry I was out of town. I am not familiar at all with Linux. I think SSH is the eqivalent to TS in that environment? Ensim is a control panel I think and that will not help you at all. You need to have root access to the server

The frontpage password should be the same as the domain (ensim) password.
FYI
SA=Server Administrator
TS=Terminal Services (usually a windows thing and not applicable to ensim)
FPSE=FrontPage Server Extensions
