I did it!! - 9/24/2005 17:03:02 Larry - just curious from the English English grammar point of view - in my oxford dictionary i have toward/towards as a preposition and either can be used - how is it in American English? dictionary.com gives quote: Usage Note: Some critics have tried to discern a semantic distinction between toward and towards, but the difference is entirely dialectal.
