S2k3, FP2003 and Argo-Forms not all working - 10/1/2005 14:06:29

In the future I shall remember this.
Due to some component swapping I found myself with a spare 64bit AMD processor and motherboard. So I took my AMD 3000+ server and put in the new motherboard and 3500+ 64 bit processor. I did not upgrade to 64 bit server or change anything software wise other than drivers.
What I did not know is that changing that hardware gets s2k3 to reset a bunch of stuff. And Bill Gates wonders why people hate his company...
All seems well and ran nicely so I sold the old parts and moved on.
Well..it is not all happy. Front Page forms only sort of kind of work now.
Thing is, the site I have issues with, www.rye5450.org has a handful of forms on it. All but one work. The one that doesn't is under students-> monthly reports.
It used to work fine. It would simply email out to a distribution list or any email I designated. I use Argosoft mail server and it runs great and while FP complains about there being no email server set up, worked just fine for years (IIs5/SE 2002, then IIS6 and SE2002/03). Other forms do work.
So I rebuilt the form page. Still doesn't work.
So I trimmed down the form, changed metabse file limits, checked over permissions...have a guy with all types of MS certs tell me the only solution is del *.*

And that is it...FP seems to start to hand off the information, then stops...and on the user side, this error is received...
FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more details.
And the application log you ask? Well, nothing there even remotely related to this.
I run my own server. I own it all. It has worked well for many years and this is just one of many sites. Sites not using FP server extensions seem fine, most forms seem to work.
Any ideas?
