Microsoft Data Link Error - 10/4/2005 20:52:35
I use ADODC to connect in my database and I using SQL SERVER 2000 for my database. Once I connect to my database, here what I'm doing:
1. Right Click on ADODC
2. Use Connection String: Build...
3. Set my Provider: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server: then next
4. Select or Enter a Server name: NINE-7EDJPMZ1L8
5. Enterinformation to log on to the server: Use Windows NT Integrated Security
6. Select Database on the server: Test (here, once i click the combo box a 2 message appear
1. Microsoft Data Link error: Unspecified error
2. Microsoft Data Link: Login fialed. Catalog information cannot be retrieved.)
I'm using Windows 2000 Advance Server and SQL Server 2000. If there's something wrong with my installation please give the step by step guide from my WINDOWS to SQL SERVER. Thanks you very much please help me...Ü
