Welcome to OutFront trafficman.
I normally do a search on Google for directory+add your link, plus other wording on the second part of the query. Use any term that is relevant for add your link.
You will find plenty out there.

Thanks for the tip,
I was actually doing something similar with 'submit link' instead and i got too much mess and it takes a while to extract relevant ones.

Your welcome, keep in mind the links don't need to be relevant if solely for the sake of PR. If getting qualified traffic then I woud do genre+add your link.
