a couple of noob questions - 10/13/2005 9:40:59
okay, my web site is for my high school and I am having to put sports and club pictures on there. The pictures that I have are great, digital, high-quality pictures, but when I put them on the page in FP, they become really really pixelated and the faces look slightly distorted. What can I do to fix this? Also, on the estimated time to download part of the page, it is like 2000 seconds over 28.8....how do I fix that and make it quicker to load? I haven't put it on the web yet, so I don't know if it actually takes that long, but it says that it is supposed to take that long. Any advice?

photoshop or any good image editor.. resize the pics.. dont let the browser do and "optimize" i.e. compress to a "web friendly" pixel level
