My question is how can i make each image display mouseover text seperately? Obviously if it was a lone hyperlink i could just right click and alt text the image but how would i do them seperate with each link having a unique alt text popup? If there is an easy solution will this also work in Netscape? Thanks

You could use the title attribute within a link tag, however this does not work with Netscape, at least not v.4+

or you can do a trick in Java like this site:

http://www.cathedral.org/cathedral/visit/index.shtml

The mouseover gives words and highlights the section of the image. I tried this myself and it's not too hard to copy and it works in Netscape 4.75this myself

Nice way to do it BUT it's not Java, it's Javascript...
