ISAM, JET Database Engine (Full Version)

I am getting the following error message when trying to send form entries to a database:

Microsoft JET Database Engine 80004005
could not ind installable ISAM

Any ideas of how to fix this problem? Do I just need to reinstall Access? My boyfriend reconfigured our hard drive and has all apps on C drive and our documents in D drive. Could there be something wrong with coding because of the different drives?
